The Reality: The police arrived at 4:50 AM, acted professionally, and documented the scene. However, during the trial, the court ignored the physical laws captured in these very photos.

The Audit: Look at the door frame. The accuser stated the door was obstructed by a child’s chair and couldn’t open fully.

  1. The Gap: The space between the partially open door and the door jamb is too narrow for the Yakara ladder to pass through at high speed.

  3. The Condition: This photo was taken by police minutes after the alleged “attack.” Note that the cat tree is not damaged, the door frame is not scratched, and the items on the floor (plants, bags) are undisturbed.
