• The Core Contradiction: The court chose to validate a verbal story that represents a clear physical impossibility—ignoring the precise layout, the blocked exit, and the 4-meter separation. Furthermore, the bench completely bypassed any scrutiny of the accuser’s underlying motive and intent, swallowing a fabricated timeline without question.

2. Disregarding Forensic Reality

Because the prosecution failed to produce any technical, forensic, or independent evidence to substantiate guilt, the final ruling remains legally baseless.
